UPDATE: No school today, Wednesday. 8:35 a.m. Just started spitting snow.

OMG...I can't even imagine. Northeast Texas never looks remotely like that! Could you throw a snowball for me...just one???

hmmm.... looks pretty familiar to us... although the past week we've been having Chinook winds and things are melty and messy...well, except for the deep ice ruts on our cul de sac roads... but, the main ones are almost bare now.
I have a recipe for a great loaf called Tuscan Peasant Bread...and it only calls for a pinch of salt..so I guess even a small amount of salt works. My regular recipe for bread calls for 2 teaspoons..but, it makes two loaves...so, .. a slice here and there would have little or no salt really at 1 tsp. per loaf......
