If you substituted a lake for the bridge, you'd have the exact scene of trees and skies that I am looking out on right now. There is a stillness in the gray of winter.

You've captured the winter "experience" in this beautiful painting. One can almost feel the cool damp winter air and experience the quietness created by the layers of snow. It reminds me of late winter when the first signs of an approaching spring begin to emerge.
