What to do when THIS...
is in your house.
And THIS...
thinks it's a toy, or completely ignores it.
So I asked it:
Rocky said:
So finally, one of the cats started earning her keep...
Eventually, using large sheets of cardboard and other barrier types of stuff, the one cat and I were able to direct Rocky out into the back vestibule and finally OUT ! (the other cat, 'Miss Princess', can't bother to dirty her paws on something like this.)
Bravo!
ReplyDeleteI love "animated" stories ha! ha!
However did that squirrel come into your home? I have lots of squirrels in my backyard as well but they have never dare ventured to take up room in my house. He blended into that rug of yours!
I too have three cats!
We have exposed beams in the living room and we think there is a place in the corner of the room where he came in. It was a flying squirrel ...we've had little chipmunks come in that way before...I shoved stuff up in there, but they are clever little fellows. If we didn't have the cats, we'd probably have to make an extra room for the Chip and Dales of the world.
ReplyDeleteThis post was hilarious. What a couple of "mousers' you have there!
ReplyDeleteToo funny!

ReplyDeleteYOU HIT A MOOSE? Well, down here south of you they are alittle hard to come by unless they are stuffed! Have a Great Day!
LOL! I had a cat years ago that brought a chipmunk inside, then was unable to re-catch it ... that little critter lived in my house for 2 weeks .. I finally put some bird seed on the windowsill and cracked the window open with some on the outside, as soon as that 'munk' stepped out to get the rest of the seed I closed the window. Meanwhile, the cat had lost interest.
ReplyDeleteGreat photos !!
Silly kitties! Love them!

My first time at your lovely blog! ~ what a cute flying squirrel! ~ we don't have those in Michigan. I don't have any kitties (just about everything else, though). I've spotted mice in the bottom of the parrot cage and the parrots didn't seem to mind sharing their sunflower seeds. When we set mousetraps and actually catch a mouse, the parrots squawk in loud protest.
