New painting.....

I was commissioned to do a painting of someone's house. I just finished it last week.

It's a tempera painting measuring 16"X 20".

Interesting stones built into the chimney.

The tree in its delicate spare dress adds a sort of whimsy and the details like the chimney stones, the curtains, the work over the door, the light on the grass, the soft background all add up to such a delightful painting.
